Once your vehicle is parked in the common parking lot located under the chalets, you can walk in complete safety and tranquility in the hamlet. This architectural desire to limit travel by car is part of the desire to favor clean energies. In fact, this new MGM residence uses better energy management by underfloor heating supplemented by additional electric heating. Solar panels are dedicated to preheating the water and the insulation of the chalets is still as efficient with an adapted orientation in order to optimize natural light and heat.
