The magnificent project of the Alpen Lodge in La Rosière is advancing, as you can see in the photo (which we never tire of seeing):

- The load-bearing walls of the ground floor of chalet C (Hotel) are under construction.

- The masonry of the parking levels -2 and -1 of chalet B continues.

- The foundations of chalet A have been laid and its masonry work has started.

As a reminder, the Alpen Lodge residence located in La Rosière, the only French resort in the Northern Alps to offer a Franco-Italian ski area, Espace San Bernardo. The altitude of this area, between 1850 and 2650 m, guarantees optimal snow cover from December to April. A new trend, more and more upscale, the Alpen Lodge residence is part of the MGM spirit: architecture that respects the environment, a contemporary and authentic style, a skillful blend of noble materials such as stone, wood or copper. .
